What will the Group Session look like?

This depends on how the Expert wants to teach, but there will be descriptions of each Group Session available so you can be sure you’re interested before you purchase.

How does payment work?

Payments will be authorized through Stripe. You will be prompted to enter your credit card details at checkout.

Note: Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time to be eligible.

How do Metafy Group Sessions work?

You read the Group Session description and decide if you want in. Pay upfront to register for the class. Group Sessions will be held in the Metafy Discord Server on Stages within the Group Sessions channels, so make sure you join the server first: https://discord.com/invite/metafy We recommend confirming you can access the Stage and your audio works 30 minutes before the schedule time. NOTE: You will only be able to access the Stage, max. 1 hour before the scheduled start time.

How do I get my Discord ID and why do I need it ( NOTE: This is different than your Discord Username)?

Your Discord ID is what will give only PAID Attendees access to their respective Group Sessions. This is a super easy process, watch here: How to Access Discord ID

Can I record the Group Session to watch again later?

Students are not authorized to record any part of the session, however experts may film and distribute at their discretion.
